WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Some of our products are made to order and printed just for you. Generally, orders take 5-10 business days to deliver. Refunds are eligible for only 30 days after purchase. If you order multiple items, we will ship your order when all items are ready.

WILL I GET AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER DETAILS?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarising all details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you made a mistake and need to cancel your order, you must notify us within 6 hours of the order being placed, otherwise you can only request a refund once your order has been shipped and delivered.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
We only accept returns if they are in the same condition as when we shipped them. We can accommodate some situations, so don't hesitate to reach out with any issues.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards. Certain Visa and Mastercard Debit cards are accepted.

WHO SHIPS MY PACKAGE?
AUS orders are delivered with Australia Post. International orders may be delivered by DHL Express, or a local mail courier depending on the service available.

HOW FAST IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Shipping times depend on the country. Please allow 5-10 business days for national shipping and 5-18 business days for international shipping.

OOPS - I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
